The site presents the game, its rules, artwork, characters, and work in development. Preview imagery may show prototype, mockup, or pre-production presentation rather than a final manufactured product.

Concepts, expansions, features, contents, pricing, availability, fulfillment, and release timing may change before they are finalized. A preview or development announcement is not a promise that something will be released, or released exactly as shown. No release date or price is announced by these terms.

The published Rules Reference identifies its rules version. These website terms do not change game mechanics, rulings, lore, or the authority of that reference.

These terms do not claim exclusive ownership of underlying ideas, game mechanics, historical facts, folklore, or public-domain material. References to those subjects do not grant permission to copy EBH’s original artwork or written expression.

Permitted personal use

You may browse the site, share links to its pages, and save or print pages for personal, noncommercial reference. Keep copyright and trademark notices intact. This permission is not a commercial Print-and-Play license and does not authorize manufacturing or distributing game components.

Uses otherwise permitted by applicable law remain permitted. For permission beyond personal reference, contact contact@extremelybadhires.com.

Respect the site and its materials

Except with permission or as allowed by applicable law, do not copy, sell, redistribute, publicly host, or republish protected site materials, or scrape them for bulk republication. Do not remove ownership notices or use EBH branding to imply an endorsement or affiliation that has not been approved.

Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use automated requests in a way that disrupts access for others.
